Eurotex Industries & Exports Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2007, where one of the agenda items is considering entering into Memorandum of Understanding with an interested party for developing the Special Economic Zone on Company's property at Calicut.
