Industrial & Prudential Board recommends dividend

Industrial & Prudential Investment Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007.

2. Recommended dividend of 120 per cent i.e. Rs 12.00 per share on 5,81,780 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2007.
