OCL India Board to consider scheme of amalgamation

OCL India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, to consider a Scheme of Amalgamation within the Scheme of Reorganization of its Business which has been already approved by it.
