Sutlej Textiles Board recommends 45% dividend

Sutlej Textiles & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 45% (Rs 4.50 per share) on ordinary shares of Rs 10 each.
