Usha Martin Board to recommend dividend

Usha Martin Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider approval of the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend, if any.

The stock was trading at Rs.205, up by Rs.2.80 or 1.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.208 and low of Rs.202.60. The total traded quantity was 2482 compared to 2 week average of 15630.
