Magma Leasing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2007, inter alia, has allotted Unsecured Non - transferable Non Convertible Redeemable Debentures as per the following particulars:
1. 50 Nos. Unsecured Non-transferable Non Convertible Redeemable Debentures of Rs 1 crore each aggregating to Rs 50 Crores to Principal Trustee Company Pvt Ltd, A/c Principal Mutual Fund - Principal Floating Rate Fund - Short Maturity Plan (SMP).
2. 25 Nos. Unsecured Non-transferable Non Convertible Redeemable Debentures of Rs 1 crore each aggregating to Rs 25 Crores to J M Financial Mutual Fund JM Money Manager Fund Super Plus Plan.
3. 25 Nos. Unsecured Non-transferable Non Convertible Redeemable Debentures of Rs 1 crore each aggregating to Rs 25 Crores to Principal Trustee Company Pvt Ltd A/C Principal Mutual Fund - Principal Cash Management Fund - Liquid Option.
