Kovilpatti Lakshmi equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court, Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Eltex Super Castings Ltd with the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42, down by Rs.0.50 or 1.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.25 and low of Rs.40.05. The total traded quantity was 2880 compared to 2 week average of 5195.
