Anil Special Steel announces Post Offer Status

Chartered Capital And Investment Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr. Sudhir Khaitan ("Acquirer") alongwith PACs, has issued this Post Offer Public Announcement to the shareholders of Anil Special Steel Industries Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the PA published on November 24, 2005 the Corrigendum to the PA published on March 16, 2007 and Letter of Offer dated March 16, 2007, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulation, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto.
