Asian Star to sell its stake in JV company

Asian Star Company Ltd has announced that the Company had withdrawn from JV agreement with Peakok Jewellery Pvt Ltd and agreed to sale its entire shareholding of 49.75% in Carbon Accessories Ltd (a JV Company) to Peakok Jewellery Pvt Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1359, down by Rs.10.15 or 0.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1370 and low of Rs.1256. The total traded quantity was 10513 compared to 2 week average of 10977.
