Somany Ceramics Board to recommend dividend

Somany Ceramics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. The Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend on the equity share of Rs 10/- each, if any.
