Indraprastha Gas Board to recommend dividend

Indraprastha Gas Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year and the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-07.
