Cinemax India to Launch Two Screens Multiplex & New Tie up

Cinemax India Ltd has announced that on May 11, 2007 the Company will be inaugurating its 12th Multiplex chain in the Country at Guwahati, Assam. The multiplex chain will be opened to the audience with the super hit movie, "Spiderman 3" and much awaited movie - Good Boy Bad Boy. With the commencement of operation at this place, the Company shall have more than 10,800 seats having 38 screens.

The multiplex at Cinemax Guwahati is a FIRST THEATRE of its kind in the State of Assam and FIRST NEW THEATRE after more than two decades in Guhawati. The two-screen multiplex will also offer patrons an exotic and luxurious experience - "Cinemaxperience".

Further, the Company has tied up with a Mall Developer for 3 Screen Multiplex at Vashi, Navi Mumbai housing approximately over 900 seats. The said upcoming Mall has been awarded as the "Best Upcoming Mall in Navi Mumbai". The Company is expecting to commence its commercial operation on or before end of 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.144.55, down by Rs.1.65 or 1.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.149.80 and low of Rs.143. The total traded quantity was 961054 compared to 2 week average of 865639.
