Nava Bharat Board to recommend dividend

Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following agenda:

1. The audited Profit and Loss Account for the year 2006-2007 and Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007.

2. The audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. The recommendation of Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07.
