Godavari Fertilisers appoints Directors

Godavari Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2007, has appointed Mr. V Ravichandran as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. May 08, 2007 to May 07, 2010.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has also appointed Mr. N Srinivasan as a Director of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.109.55, down by Rs.4.50 or 3.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.112 and low of Rs.109.55. The total traded quantity was 99 compared to 2 week average of 557.
