Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced the results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2007. The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007: The Bank has posted a profit after tax of Rs 372.579 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 347.330 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 5210.677 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 2934.450 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Bank has posted a profit after tax of Rs 1413.652 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 1182.305 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 16377.586 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 9369.541 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a profit after tax of Rs 1703.299 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 5181.031 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 14264.432 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 12517.268 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a profit after tax of Rs 5382.420 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 7297.490 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 42971.195 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 29807.081 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
The figures for the consolidated year ended March 31, 2006 are Audited.
The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 08, 2007, inter alia, has recommend dividend @ 7.0%.
