Dalmia Cements Board to recommend final dividend

Dalmia Cements Bharat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommend the final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-07; and

3. Fix the dates of book closure for the purposes of payment of final dividend, etc.
