Suryavanshi Spinning to consider merger of Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd

Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the Scheme of Merger of M/s. Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd., a garment manufacturing Company, with the Company.

2. Fix the day, date, venue for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting for obtaining the approval of the members for the said merger.
