Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2007, to consider the following:

1. Approve the Audited Profit & Loss Account and the Balance Sheet of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Approve Directors Report.

3. Recommend Dividend, if any.
