Kew Industries to withdraw issue of shares & warrants

Kew Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, has decided to withdraw / recall the earlier Application made to BSE regarding In Principal Approval for issue and allotment of 50 Lacs convertible warrants and 20 Lacs equity shares.
