TCS to announce FY13 results on April 17, 2013

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd will be held on April 17, 2013, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013.

The Board will propose a Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company and a Dividend on the Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1481, down by Rs.19 or 1.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1497.95 and low of Rs.1476.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.87 lakhs.
