Sundaram Multi Pap Board to consider acquisitions

Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To discuss and take a decision on the short listed acquisitions in the paper industry.

2. To consider the swap ratios and valuations for the said acquisition through amalgamation / merger.

3. If the Board accepts the same, to fix the date for signing of the documents.
