Ansal Properties Board approves amendment of MOA

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, has decided to amend the Other Objects Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by way of inserting the sub clauses related to carry on the business of Power and Information Technology / Information Technology Enabled Services.

The requisite approval of the members of the Company shall be sought by way of voting through Postal Ballot in terms of Section 192A and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Company Act, 1956.
