Venus Remedies approves allotment of 8 lakh shares to promoter group company

The Board of Directors of Venus Remedies Ltd at its meeting held on March 30, 2013, have approved allotment of 8,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to promoter group Company pursuant to conversion of warrants fully convertible into equity shares.

Shares of Venus Remedies Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.248.35, up by Rs.7.20 or 2.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.250 and low of Rs.244.50.

The total traded quantity was 2352 compared to 2 week average of 8245.
