International Travel Board to recommend dividend

International Travel House Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2007, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider declaration of divided for the year 2006-07, while approving the Financial Results of the Company.
