Intec Capital Ltd to issue CCPS

Intec Capital Ltd has entered into definitive agreements with India Business Excellence Fund-II (IBEF-II) and India Business Excellence Fund-IIA (IBEF-IIA) for the purpose of issuance of 6,66,202 equity shares to IBEF-II and 2,74,122 compulsorily convertible preference shares to IBEF-II.

ICICI Securities Ltd acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Intec Capital Ltd. Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. acted as the legal advisor to IBEF II and IBEF IIA. Udwadia Udeshi & Argus Partners acted as the legal advisor to the Company.

The Intec Capital Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.92, down by Rs.3 or 3.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.93.95 and low of Rs.80.
