Balmer Lawrie Van Board to recommend dividend

Balmer Lawrie Van Leer Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Company's Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board at its meeting will also recommend Dividend, if any, for the said period.
