Madras Cements Board to recommend dividend

Madras Cements Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2007 to consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2917.80, down by Rs.4.15 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2990 and low of Rs.2905. The total traded quantity was 1399 shares compared to 2 week average of 1540.
