VIP Industries Board to recommend dividend

VIP Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend to the shareholders, if any.

3. Proposal of Amalgamation of Aristocrat Luggage Ltd and Quality Plastics Ltd with the Company.
