Ansal Properties allots Bonus Shares

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held May 04, 2007, inter alia, has decided the allotment of Bonus Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each, fully paid up, to its members / beneficial owners, whose names appear on the Register of members as on the Record Date (i.e. April 24, 2007), in terms of the approval given by the members by way of voting through Postal Ballot on March 19, 2007.
