Kerala Chemicals Board recommends 10% dividend

Kerala Chemicals & Proteins Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, has propose a dividend of 10% on the equity capital for the approval of the Company in general meeting.
