Gujarat Alkalies Board recommends 10% final dividend

Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs 1.00 (10%) per share on equity shares of Rs 10/- each, in addition to the interim dividend @ 15% declared on October 19, 2006.
