HT Media Board recommends 15% dividend

HT Media Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, has recommended for approval by the members, payment of 15% dividend on equity shares of Rs 2/- each, at the rate of Re 0.30 per equity share.
