Mercator Lines signs agreement for acquiring 4 dry bulk vessels

Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that the Company's subsidiary Mercator Lines (Singapore) Pte Ltd, has entered into Memorandum of Agreements for acquiring 4 Nos. 2005 / 2007 built Dry Bulk Vessels of about 305,000 DWT in aggregate.

The Vessels are expected to join fleet of the Company between June 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.41.05, up by Rs.1.95 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.05 and low of Rs.40. The total traded quantity was 333852 shares compared to 2 week average of 221588.
