Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has announced the Audited results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2007.
The results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 622.60 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 566.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 8702.90 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 7676.90 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The results for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 2249.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 1869.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 34649.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 26654.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a net profit (after minority interest) of Rs 825.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 701.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 25643.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 17627.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2007: The Group has posted a net profit (after minority interest) of Rs 2812.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 2040.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 83220.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 50402.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
Due to merger of Indo Gulf Fertilizers Ltd and Birla Global Finance Ltd from the Appointed Date i.e. September 01, 2005 the results for the full year are not strictly comparable with that of the corresponding year. Previous Year's / periods figures are regrouped / rearranged wherever necessary.
