Sonata Software Board recommends dividend

Sonata Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 0.6 per share (60% on face value of Re 1/-), subject to approval of the shareholders. This along with the interim dividend of 50% raises the total dividend for the year to 110%.
