Century Textiles to treat interim dividend as final dividend

Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2007 has decided to treat the interim dividend @ 37.50% paid on March 21, 2007 as final dividend.

This dividend was paid to those who were members of the Company on March 21, 2007 being the Record Date fixed for the purpose and the same is treated as final dividend for the year 2006-07. The final dividend in the previous year was 30% on the paid up equity share capital.
