Varun Shipping Board recommends 15% final dividend

Varun Shipping Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 15% on the equity share capital of the Company in addition to the two interim dividends of 15% each, which have already been paid for the year ended March 31, 2007. The total dividend for the year works out to 45%.
