With reference to the news item appearing in a leading daily titled "Zicom set to team up with HFCL", inter alia, stating that "there seems to be an alliance brewing between HFCL and Zicom" Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has clarified that the Company deny any such development between the Company and HFCL.
