Kanoria Chemicals Board recommends 30% dividend

Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 20,34,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 90 per Share on private placement basis to International Finance Corporation.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2007, inter alia, has declared Dividend of 30% on Equity Shares for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
