Blue Star Board to recommend final dividend

Blue Star Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendation of final dividend.
