Dhampur Sugar Mills to form separate company for 100 KLPD distillery

Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

- Enter into Joint venture for 100 KLPD Distillery at Asmoli, District Moradabad with a foreign partner in a separate Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.72.30, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.28%. The total traded quantity was 78696 compared to 2 week average of 67387. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.50 and low of Rs.70.65.
