Automobile Corporation Board recommends 100% dividend

Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 10 per Equity Share (100%) for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.442.75, down by Rs.3.90 or 0.87%. The total traded quantity was 2583 compared to 2 week average of 1477. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.451 and low of Rs.441.
