Shilp Gravures Board recommends 18% dividend

Shilp Gravures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 18% for the year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40.10, down by Rs.0.95 or 2.31%. The total traded quantity was 350 compared to 2 week average of 1414. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.10 and low of Rs.39.70.
