Aditya Birla Nuvo to consider merger of Aditya Birla Insulators Ltd

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2007, inter alia, to consider the merger of Aditya Birla Insulators Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company engaged in the manufacturing of Insulators.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1144.45, down by Rs.1.65 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1155 and low of Rs.1125. The total traded quantity was 13487 compared to 2 week average of 131827.
