Chowgule Steamships Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 13, 2007 to July 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 20, 2007.
