Bharat Fertiliser equity shareholders & unsecured creditors approve Scheme of Arrangement

Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders & unsecured creditors of the Company at their Court Convened Meeting held on March 28, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Wada Alums & Acids Pvt Ltd and the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46, down by Rs.2.90 or 5.93%. The total traded quantity was 2975 compared to 2 week average of 1185. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.85 and low of Rs.45.75.
