Tech Mahindra named one of the top 10 Global Outsourcing Companies

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Company has been ranked as one of the top ten Leaders in the global outsourcing services providers segment for the year 2007 by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

The global top 100 includes Companies from around the world providing a full spectrum of outsourcing services and is an industry-wide benchmark for overall outsourcing excellence.

The Company moved up 23 places from last year to be featured at the 9th position and is one of the first 3 Indian Companies to have made it to the top 10.

Companies were judged on 18 criteria; including revenue, growth, number of employees, the skills and training of their workforce, number of technical and business certifications they have secured (such as ISO 9001), the track record of the management team, and quality of customer service. The selection process also looked at factors such as education and training of employees and commitment to community development.
