Sical Logistics sells Vanagaram Refractory Works

Sical Logistics Ltd has announced that the Company has sold its refractory works situated at Vanagaram, Chennai together with land, buildings and all appurtenances thereto.

The Company has signed Business Transfer Agreements for transfer of its Cytozyme division and Flexible Shafts division.

The stock closed the day at Rs.198.40, up by Rs.3.30 or 1.69%. The total traded quantity was 8851 compared to 2 week average of 10804. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.201.50 and low of Rs.195.
