SKP Securities Board recommends 12.5% dividend

SKP Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 12.50% (Rs 1.25 per share), subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.34.05, down by Rs.1.95 or 5.42%. The total traded quantity was 1103 compared to 2 week average of 945. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.35.80 and intraday low of Rs.33.
