HCL Infosystems Board approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Stelmac Engineering Pvt Ltd

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Stelmac Engineering Pvt Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary with the Company.

The Scheme is being filed with Stock Exchanges for approval.
